Returns and cancellations
This page explains how written bookings may be changed or refunded. Oral summaries do not override the agreement you sign or receive by email.
Cooling-off where applicable
If consumer regulations in your jurisdiction grant a withdrawal window for distance contracts, those rules apply in addition to the terms below.
Cancellations by participant
Cancellation terms depend on the date of notice and the program type. The fee schedule in your confirmation letter is controlling.
Changes by organizer
If a date changes for operational reasons, you will receive notice by email. Where a suitable alternative is not available, prepaid amounts may be returned according to the same confirmation letter.
Non-attendance
Failure to arrive on the scheduled start date without notice is treated as a cancellation on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within a reasonable administrative period and may take several banking days to appear on your statement.
